Rev 13:11-14

Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and he spoke like a dragon. (Rev 13:11)

And he exercises all the authority of the first beast before him, and he causes the earth and those who dwell in it, to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. (Rev 13:12)

And he works great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth before men. (Rev 13:13)

And he deceives my own people who dwell on the earth by the signs which were given to him to do before the beast, saying to those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who had the wound of the sword and came to life. (Rev 13:14)
